Two ways to print envelopes
Premium – Offset
We specialise in Premium Offset Printed Envelopes. Offset is a method best suited for large volumes where colour accuracy is needed. As seen in the video below, these machines quickly process a huge number of envelopes and output up to 15,000 every hour. We can run single colour through to four colour CMYK or even add special Pantone colours as required by your branding guidelines.
Economy – Digital
We are also able to cater to more price-sensitive customers by printing smaller runs digitally. Digitally printed envelopes are generally faster to produce but the colour accuracy doesn’t compare to offset. Specific Pantone colours can’t be used as they won’t appear the same as they are supposed to. Black only prints can often come out better than offset when using digital so we will suggest this option if we think it will work better for you.

If you don’t know exactly what you need or which print process will work better for you. Talk to our envelopes team and one of our designers will come up with a print proof that shows exactly how your envelope will look and suggest the most cost-effective way to achieve it.
